About Western Springs
Three Generations of Spring Manufacturing Excellence
Our story begins in 1965, when our grandfather laid the foundation for what would become a legacy in spring manufacturing. For over three decades, our father carried the craft forward, refining techniques and building deep industry expertise. In 2014, Western Springs was formally established to take this 60-year heritage into the modern era — combining generational know-how with advanced CNC technology.
Today, we are an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer and global exporter of industrial springs and wire-based components. Working with premium materials including SS 302, SS 304, SS 316, Phosphor Bronze, Inconel, and Galvanized Spring Steel, we produce springs from 0.15mm to 4mm wire diameter with a monthly capacity of 30 metric tonnes.
From our manufacturing facility in Mumbai, India, we export to clients worldwide — delivering precision, quality, and reliability that only decades of experience can provide.

Compression Springs
Resist compressive "push" loads; may use variable pitch to control height, buckling, surging and load-deflection behavior. Manufactured in SS 302, SS 304, SS 316, Phosphor Bronze, Inconel, and Galvanized Spring Steel from 0.15mm to 4mm wire diameter.
Tension / Extension Springs
Absorb and store energy while resisting a pulling force; generally supplied with hooks, loops or formed ends. Ideal for applications requiring consistent pull-back force across a wide range of industries.
Torsion Springs
Generate torque or rotary force when the spring legs are angularly displaced. Designed for applications where rotational energy storage and release is critical.
Conical Springs
Tapered compression springs whose coils telescope into one another, reducing solid height and improving lateral stability. Perfect for applications with limited space.
Garter Springs
Connected-end helical springs forming a ring that applies inward or outward radial force. Essential for sealing applications where consistent circumferential pressure is required.
Spiral Springs

Die Springs

Clutch Springs

Wireforms
Wire bent into customized functional shapes, including hooks, clips, contacts and retaining forms. Manufactured on advanced CNC wire forming machines for precise, repeatable results.
Sheet-Metal Components
Flat or coiled sheet cut, stamped and formed into customized components. Precision-manufactured for automotive, electrical and general engineering applications.
